My lab focuses on developing interpretable machine learning approaches and bioinformatics tools to analyze multi-omics data for understanding functional genomics in the human brain. The current research topics include but not limited to: Brain diseases, Single cell deconvolution, Genotype-phenotype prediction, Representation learning for biological networks.
