Gheorghe Craciun works on mathematical and computational methods in biology and medicine. His main areas of expertise are mathematical models of biochemical reaction networks and other networks of biological interactions (such as signaling pathways, gene regulatory networks and protein interaction networks, but also networks of species in an ecosystem, and infectious disease networks). He is also interested in mathematical analysis of mass spectrometry data.
